Dean of Students
The Dean of Students Office, located at 201 W. Roanoke St., assists the university with its mission of fostering a welcoming climate for all students. It is responsible for providing support for transition to college life, fostering an inclusive campus community, coordinating response to student emergencies and providing advocacy support for students. The office staff also serve as liaison to Hokie Parents.
Residence Life
The mission of the Residence Life staff at Virginia Tech is to promote the academic success and personal growth of residents and staff members so that learning will continue for the rest of their lives. We develop environments in which students and staff members will have frequent and powerful experiential learning opportunities that enhance and transform how they think, interact, and serve the communities where they live.
Graduate Life Center
Conveniently located near the library, Squires Student Center, academic buildings, and downtown Blacksburg, the Graduate Life Center (GLC) provides space and venues that meet the unique needs of graduate and professional students.
Fraternity and Sorority Life
Fraternity and Sorority Life provides guidance and support to 64 nationally affiliated fraternities and sororities.
