Architecture Students Design and Build Amphitheater for Clifton Forge

Over the course of the year, students in Keith and Marie Zawistowski’s third-year Architecture studio have been working on the design and construction of an amphitheater for the town of Clifton Forge, VA. The project was funded through a grant from the Alleghany Foundation, as well as donations from the local community and from manufacturers of building materials.

The dedication ceremony for the amphitheater was held on May 25th, and the grand opening was on June 23rd.
