George Makrinos is an Adjunct Professor at the Washington/ Alexandria Architecture Consortium (WAAC) in Alexandria Virginia. George currently teaches a course in computer applications which is based on Macromedia Flash program. This course promotes Flash as a design tool for visually representing and animating architecture.

George is an undergraduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Blacksburg and has a a Masters degree in architecture from Washington/ Alexandria Architecture Consortium, Virginia Tech. George continues to work closely with his alma mater as he is the creator of the school’s website.

In addition to teaching at Virginia Tech, freelancing websites and presentations designs, George teaches a class at The Catholic University of America and practices architecture with PGAL Architects in Alexandria, VA.
